Planning includes environmental, economic, social, regulatory, organisational and other factors depending on the property in question. We facilitate, orchestrate and directly prepare the entire suite of documentation required to meet the expectations of consent authorities, builders, marketers, operational staff and management. And should you also need us to assist with the process to call tenders and select building contractors, as well as maintain oversight of them until the completion of the project, we can arrange that too. We have a vast network of proven specialist providers that are reliable and value for money with a similar ethos to our own, but we also happily work with the preferred service providers of our clients.
