The founder of Innova Capital and its related entity Capital Syndications Pty Ltd is Mr Wayne Camenzuli, Managing Director. The company was first incorporated in 2002.  Clients of the company since that time have been both impressive and varied, as have the consultancies that have been awarded to the business, most of which have been concerned with strategy and project delivery in one way or another.

Wayne has accumulated 30+ years of continuous professional experience since graduating from the University of Sydney and has a vast body of professional and trade networks. His career was grounded at the Sydney office of KPMG for 8-years where he attained his Chartered Accountant designation before shifting his career focus to the strategic and operational advisory consulting arm of KPMG Consulting focusing primarily on the Property, Tourism and Hospitality sectors.  He subsequently gained circa 9-years experience with publicly listed and foreign-owned financial services companies at General Management level, and at a similar level within the healthcare sector for two national organisations.  The range of disciplines for which he provided leadership over that timeframe include business strategy, product management and innovation, brand and campaign marketing, business performance improvement, risk management and project management.  He has also directly established successful small businesses on both a personal level and as an adviser to others.

Over the last 12 years, the industry focus of the business has been concentrated on community, religious and not-for-profit organisations, with the scope of services now being almost entirely concerned with property advice and development orchestration in one way or another.
